Do I have to register in order to view the classifieds?

No--you only need to register in order to post or edit an ad.

Is there a charge for advertising?

Nope. We offer this space as a service to the Italian car community.

How do I post a Classified Ad?

If you are already registered, please click 'Log In/Post Ad' and then type in information on the item you wish to post on the following screen. If you are not registered, please register first and then follow the steps above. Your ad will be reviewed by IAP for adherence to our Terms & Conditions, and then posted to the website within 1-2 business days.

Can I sell parts through your classifieds?

Sorry, only "whole" cars are allowed. A "parts cars" is ok, but it must be basically an entire car.

How can I edit, delete or renew my Classified Ad?

After you login to your account, simply click the Edit or Delete button beside the classified ad you wish to change. To renew your classified ad, a Renew link will automatically appear beside your ad after expiration. Click the Renew link and your ad will be automatically renewed.

I posted my Classified Ad, but I don't see it

All submissions are reviewed by IAP to ensure adherence to our Terms & Conditions. Generally, it takes 1-2 business days before an ad appears. Please check back then. If the ad still doesn't appear, it may be that your browser is displaying old information from its cache. Click the reload or refresh button on your browser and you should see your ad.

I lost my username and password, and can't login!

Go to the login page, and scroll down to the lost password form. Type in your email address, and an autoresponder will immediately email you your password and username.

Can I add a picture to my Classified Ad? And how can I do that?

When you add your Classified Ad, simply type in the URL (web address) to the image that you have in the description field. You may also upload an image by going into your account and editing your ad. We reserve the right to reduce the size of photos that are too large (too many bytes). We recommend that your image be in .jpg format, no larger than 360 pixels wide by 250 pixels tall.

Is my contact information private?

Yes. All information you provide in your account is confidential. Your email address is stored in our database and is not visible with your ad to other viewers. If a person wishes to contact you, they will use the form at the bottom of your Ad to send you a message.
